These Terms of Service govern access to and use of services provided by BerufMaxPlus via BerufMaxPlus.pro. By registering for courses, accessing materials or using our platform you agree to these terms. We design our offerings to support professional qualification upgrades for working professionals in Switzerland; all participation is subject to eligibility and payment requirements outlined below.

Our primary operations and course delivery are focused on Switzerland. Availability of certain services may be limited in other jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is compliant with local regulations.
Account and registration

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information. Incorrect details may affect enrolment, certification or communications.

Paid services
Certain courses and services require payment. Paid services include course fees, exam fees and optional coaching or certificate processing.
Course pricing is listed on BerufMaxPlus.pro and may vary by course, format and location. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the course page and include applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
Payments may be made by the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed to confirm enrollment. We use secure payment processors to handle transactions; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
If a course or service is offered on a subscription basis, terms of recurring charges, renewal and cancellation will be stated at signup. You are responsible for timely cancellation if you wish to stop future payments.
Refunds are available according to the refund policy published for each course. Refund eligibility generally depends on timing, delivery costs and any materials delivered. Where refunds are offered, processing may take up to 30 days.
You may cancel your registration before the course start date according to the published cancellation windows. Late cancellations may incur partial or no refund depending on the course terms.
Participants are responsible for any taxes applicable to course fees in their jurisdiction. BerufMaxPlus will include VAT or other taxes where required by law.
We may update prices, but changes will not affect confirmed enrollments unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
Non-payment or failed payment may result in cancellation of enrollment. We may pursue outstanding amounts through collection methods permitted by law.

Educational materials and guidance provided by BerufMaxPlus are for professional development purposes. Course outcomes depend on individual effort, prior experience and local professional requirements. We provide informed instruction and resources, but results vary by participant.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BerufMaxPlus and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in courses. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid for the specific service at issue.
Third-party services

Termination
